Looking for a farm to live on/share costs/share chores

Hello, I am a 57 year old tradeswoman looking for a forever home. Ideally, looking for a farm with a small outbuilding, or available suite to rent. I am looking for a small town in North Island. I am a farmer and tradeswoman. I would like a private space on your land to rent, to work a garden or crop. I am a responsible, independent person. Not looking for a boyfriend. I am looking for a rural space to rent long term , with some exchange of labour on farm, etc. Thank you.
