The place is between downtown Campbell River and Willow Point. I am only able to have one roommate, but the place is set up so you get 2 rooms, we just share bathroom and kitchen. Price is inclusive, internet and electricity included. The apartment is very close to Rotary Beach Park. I am looking for a LONG-TERM mature and gentle roommate. NO illegal hell drugs or tobacco, but a beer and a bit of pot are ok. But, no smoking or vaping on the property at all. We need to meet and have a chat first. You have to apply to the management company. There is another $30 for insurance you have to get for yourself, and to secure the place I need a damage deposit of $450 up front after approval. Please, please, please, only reach out if you are serious. I have had too many time wasters who flake out or people lying their way in, and please don't apply if you can't commit in writing to at least 3 months. I am not here to solve your short term housing needs. I am offering a stable long term home here, but we need to work together to make it one. No pets, sorry.
