They do play in our home and one barks shortly when guests come to door, as dogs do. You hopefully love dogs, get to know her and she's the most loving mammal you'll ever get to know! neither dogs are biters or aggressive, very loving. YOU will live in the above ground garden suite below us and though we are considerate, there is noise from time to time, we are told it's regular noise, the house is solid! we're a family of 2 and sometimes three when the 17 year old graces our presence. He is not social at home. Suite is best suited to a single tenant; double occupancy is an option, dependant. parking only available for 1 vehicle. Street parking for guests only to respect the neighbours. The suite is perfectly cozy. It does not suit a tall tenant as it's ceilings are low in a few minor areas. We are casual, active people and don't over manage the suite, we open our home to those who will respect it and care for it. We love our neighbourhood and the location is awesome! We garden, a lot, and we’re happy to share it. This is our home and we want to share it with folks who care for it and are neighbourly.
